This is the BEST chili ever! I had a Mexican roommate in college, been to Mexico, but Thirsty Moose exceeds! A great meaty mix of pork and beef, lots of kidney beans, and just the tight amount of heat. Topped with melted cheese and tortilla chips to dip into it! It's a must have for me!
